General Summary The Fitness Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience personally and through Coach’s supervision. Fitness Sales Manager are responsible for delivering great member service along with Private Training and Supplement revenue. As needed, they address member concerns, employee relations issues, and oversee scheduling and time-keeping activities. On a regular basis, they communicate and enforce Company and Club policies and procedures. The position requires 7 day a week availability including both morning and night. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Sell and conduct private training & small group training Sells training sessions and completes sales of staff through the Turn‑Over process. Services intro PT packages, builds value and re‑signs clients to hand off to coaching staff. Prospects in person and digitally to generate complimentary appointments selling personal training programs. Ensures accurate administration of client programs, supplement purchases, measurement tracking and workout programs. Assists in revenue generating activities: complimentary workouts, supplement booths, body‑fat tables, seminars and workshops. Responsible for achieving monthly revenue objectives for Private Training and Supplements. Reviews sales performance, identifies issues and clarifies behaviors to achieve club sales goals. Schedules and manages client appointments, coordinates with clients for sessions, maintains scheduling records. Club administration Works with the Fitness Manager to ensure coaches are productive and the club meets financial goals. Sets monthly, weekly and daily goals and conducts meetings with coaches to review performance and operations. Handles member service matters: tours, explains services, mediates member issues. Performs administrative and housekeeping duties and alerts operations staff of repairs and maintenance. Supervises coach sales activities, reviews agreements and prepares daily paperwork. Complies with operational procedures and conducts compliance checks. Organization Relationships The Fitness PT Sales Admin reports directly to the Fitness Manager and/or General Manager. The role requires interaction with all club members and employees and enforces all policies and procedures with the Coaching Team. Required Qualifications Knowledge, skills & abilities In‑depth knowledge of Personal Training techniques from assessment to program design and sales. Ability to operate and adjust all Fitness equipment. Knowledge of company policies, practices and procedures, including emergency and safety procedures. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude. Strong customer service focus; responds professionally to guests, members and staff. Ability to follow oral and written instructions, communicate clearly and concisely. Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize multiple tasks. Computer proficiency: basic Microsoft Word and Excel. Adheres to meal and rest break periods; must clock in and out for all shift times. Required Experience Minimum of one certification from an organization recognized by UFC Gym. Current CPR/AED certification. High school diploma or GED. Four‑year degree in a related field from a recognized institution (preferred). Minimum 2 years of related experience. Experience in management/employee relations preferred. Physical Requirements Regular standing; lifts up to 45+ lbs.; squatting, bending, reaching, spotting; prolonged standing and walking.
