What you’ll be doing As an Executive Recruiter, you will be a part of a dynamic team of Recruiters, focusing on the Candidate and the Client. You’ll manage both sides of the desk, helping your Clients and Candidates thrive. The Executive Recruiter is responsible for executing the full life‑cycle of direct hire recruiting for top‑tier, mid‑ to senior‑level professional direct‑hire job orders for a variety of clients. The role requires a sense of urgency while focusing on existing Clients and identifying new ones, interviewing candidates and matching them with their dream organizations and careers. About you Bachelor's degree preferred, or five (5) years professional work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
