Salary: $82,368 - 124,508.8 per year Requirements:

• M.D. or D.O.
• Transitioning into, or in the early part of, the final year of residency or fellowship.
• New York-based resident preferred.
• Candidates must pass a drug test before beginning employment.

• Participate in a customized program requiring only a few hours per month, at our Optum Tri-State facilities in New York and/or virtually.
• Learn about value-based care, population health initiatives, the Quadruple Aim framework, and primary and specialty care settings.
• Engage in mentorship with experienced physicians to support the transition from training into practice.
