Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, individualized assessments of clients to understand their psychological needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation that meets confidentiality standards and regulatory compliance requirements, using our electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Collaborate seamlessly with our multidisciplinary treatment team to deliver holistic care, ensuring that all aspects of a client’s health are addressed.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
