Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to thoroughly understand clients' mental health challenges and strengths.

• Provide tailored individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.

• Design and implement detailed treatment plans that incorporate client-specific goals, treatment milestones, and ongoing evaluations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, nurses, and other mental health professionals to provide coordinated, holistic care.

• Execute crisis intervention strategies, conducting risk assessments, and developing safety plans to address immediate client needs.

• Serve as an advocate for clients by connecting them with community resources, aiding in their access to comprehensive support systems, and delivering case management services.

• Participate in outreach activities aimed at increasing mental health awareness and access to services within the community.
