Location: Savoy, IL 61874 (1402–1404 N Dunlap Ave & 100 Burwash Ave campus) Pay: $60,000–$150,000 per year total compensation (base salary plus commission) Job type: Full-time, base salary plus commission Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–7:00 PM; Saturday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Benefits

About the role As our F&I Manager, you'll help customers find the financing and protection that fit their needs, and you'll finalize every deal legally and ethically to keep our lender relationships strong. Responsibilities

• Determine each customer's financing and payment needs
• Present service contracts, GAP, and other ancillary products
• Prepare paperwork and finalize deals legally and ethically, supporting strong lender relationships
• Meet monthly F&I income, product penetration, and CSI targets

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills
• Self-motivated
• Detail-oriented and comfortable in a process-driven environment
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
