Communicating with the asphalt dumper and screed operator.Requirements:Must be able to travel throughout Minnesota, North and South DakotaRegular, consistent attendance and regular overtime at all assigned job sitesValid Driver's License, preferably Class AAcceptable motor vehicle recordPrevious paving equipment operation experienceStrong mechanical skillsStrong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a teamPhysical strength and endurance to perform all principal duties and responsibilitiesAbility to work cooperatively with othersResponsibilities:Responsible for overall operation of the paverWhile operating equipment, maintain clear and effective communication with the asphalt dumper and screed operatorPerform routine maintenance on the paving machine and pick up machine, such as greasing, checking fluid levels, and cleaning the equipmentPrioritize safety at all times, following company and industry safety guidelines and protocolsPerforms other tasks as neededBenefits:Group Health InsuranceVisionDental401(k) Retirement Savings Plan401 (k) Company Match401(k) Company Discretionary ContributionHealth Savings Account (HSA)Basic Life InsuranceEmployee Sick and Safe Time (Part-time and seasonal employees)Per DiemElectronic Direct DepositCentral Specialties is an equal opportunity employer.
